Asama. It was once much harder, and the entire perimeter was lava. There are also many inscribed stones, including raw red marbles from Sado and jadeite from Itoigawa. The "mountain lantern" is made by piling up natural stones. Behind it is a large pond where beautiful koi carp once swam. In the center is a lava fountain and a dragon's head.
